Golf can be selected as an add on for September 25th in the morning. This can be booked through registration and payment below. Additional golf is required to be booked directly with Fox Harb'r Resort.
- Group round rate - $240 CAD +HST (cart included)
- Group round rate (9 holes) - $120 CAD +HST (cart included)
- Club Rentals - $85$ CAD + HST
Physicians (MD/DO) - $600 CAD
Early Career Physician (less than 5 years out of residency/fellowship) - $300 CAD
Allied Health (PT/Researchers) / Advanced Practitioners (NP/PA) - $200 CAD
Medical Student / Resident / Fellow - $100 CAD
To Register:
- Please fill out the registration below with your information; you will need to scroll to the top after each section is completed and at the completion of registration.
- You will receive your confirmation of registration. A personalized payment link will be emailed to you based on your selection within 7-10 business days. You will have 30 days to complete payment.
